Paste in real past staff↔customer conversations (from any listing/order) and mark each one as either a good example to follow or a mistake to avoid. The AI pulls the closest-matching examples before drafting Engagement comments, Get Clients emails, and Conversation replies — so it leans on what already worked and steers away from what a human staffer already got wrong. Full transcripts are stored in Cloudflare R2 (Settings → Media Storage); only a short preview stays in the local database.

🔑 API keys

Google Places is the real engine here - it's the only one of the three that reliably returns phone + website. Bing Maps has no real local-business-search product anymore (best-effort second pass only). Reddit is a different kind of source entirely: not a business directory, just an official-API search of public posts where someone mentions their own business. None of the three ever returns an email address - that's pulled separately from each lead's own website/post text.

Neither platform's official API allows searching groups/servers you don't already belong to - Meta locked Facebook Groups data out of third-party apps in 2018, and Discord's API only ever sees servers a bot has been added to. So this app doesn't (and won't) auto-scrape either one. If you're already a member of a relevant group/server, copy the leads you find there yourself and paste them in below.
